FAQs
What are your fees and do you accept insurance??
My standard session fee is $130. I’m in network with:
Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, CareFirst, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna/Evernorth, Quest Behavioral Health, Sentara Health Plans, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC/UBH)
I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if needed. If you have questions about fees or insurance, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.
How do I schedule my first session?
You can schedule your consultation by clicking the “Schedule Now” button at the top of the page, filling out the contact form, or calling/emailing me using the information at the bottom of the page.
How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly sessions to establish consistency and progress. Depending on your needs and goals, we may adjust to every other week or as needed. We’ll discuss what frequency works best for you in our first session.
What’s the cancellation Policy?
I request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time to other clients. Sessions canceled without sufficient notice may be charged a late cancellation fee and services may be subject to termination. Emergencies happen though so I’ll always try to work with you and be flexible when I can!
I'm thinking about hurting myself. What should I do?
